Entries & Eligibility
All European Rowing member federations (including Israel) are eligible to compete. Athletes must present a valid passport or national ID from the country they compete for. Entries are made by national federations through the World Rowing entry system. The entry deadline is Monday 3 May 2027, 23:59 CEST.

Accommodation
The Organising Committee has secured official hotels in Zagreb, all connected to Lake Jarun by a dedicated shuttle service. Rates are per person per night on a full-board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel). Airport transfers and local transport are included for all guests of the official hotels.

Request deadline
Accommodation requests must be made by 1 February 2027. After this date availability cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
50% deposit by 1 February 2027, remaining balance by 15 April 2027.
Cancellation
Free of charge: 100% until 1 Feb · up to 25% until 1 Mar · up to 10% until 15 Apr · up to 5% until 10 May 2027. Cancellations beyond these limits are non-refundable.

Transport & Travel
By air
Franjo Tuđman Airport (ZAG) has direct flights from many European cities, about 40 minutes from the regatta course.
Shuttle service
A dedicated shuttle runs between all official hotels and Lake Jarun throughout the event.
By train or car
Zagreb has international rail connections and is linked to the European motorway network.
Training
Official training is available from Thursday 13 May 2027. The training schedule and lane allocation will be provided to all teams in due course. Medical services and first aid stations are on site throughout the championships.
